DUSHANBE, May 15, -- Umed Davlatzoda, the deputy head of Orienbonk, said rumors about the death of the Orienbonk head Hasan Asadullozoda were unfounded.
Thank God he is alive, and his business running well, Davlatzoda said in an interview with Radio Liberty’s Tajik Service.
According to him, since the source of report about the alleged death of Asadullozoda was not mentioned, they did not publish a disclaimer.
Speaking in an interview with Asia-Plus, a number of other reliable sources also confirmed that Hasan Asadullozoda is alive and in good condition.
Last week, he attended the reception organized by the Russian Embassy in Dushanbe on occasion of the 63 rd anniversary of the Victory Day and the reception organized by the Azeri embassy in Dushanbe on occasion of jubilee of Geidar Aliyev.
We will recall that in early May, websites Ferghana.ru and Uzmetronom and a number of blogs dedicated to Tajikistan released reported that Hasan Asadullozoda was allegedly lethally wounded in Dushanbe on May 2.
